Frequently Asked Questions

What types of phones do you repair?

We repair most major brands and models, including Apple (iPhone), Samsung, Google Pixel, OnePlus, Huawei, Motorola, and more. If you’re unsure, contact us with your phone’s make and model — we’ll confirm compatibility.

How long does a phone repair take?

Most common repairs, like screen or battery replacements, take 30–90 minutes.
More complex issues such as motherboard or water damage repairs can take 1–3 business days, depending on parts availability and the extent of the damage.

Do you use original parts?

We use genuine OEM parts whenever available. For some older or rare models, we also offer high-quality aftermarket parts as a cost-effective alternative — we’ll always tell you which type we’re using before the repair.

Is there a warranty on repairs?

Yes! All our repairs come with a warranty (typically 30–180 days) covering defects in parts or workmanship. Accidental damage or water exposure after repair isn’t covered.

Can you fix water-damaged phones?

Yes, but success depends on the extent of the damage. Bring your phone in as soon as possible and don’t try to charge or turn it on. We’ll perform a diagnostic to determine if it can be saved.

Do I need to back up my data before repair?

We recommend it. While most repairs don’t affect your data, it’s always safest to back up your contacts, photos, and files before handing in your phone.
We also offer data recovery services if your device isn’t powering on

How much does a typical repair cost?

Prices vary based on the issue and model.
For example:

  • Screen replacement: $70–$300

  • Battery replacement: $50–$120

  • Charging port repair: $60–$150
